– Intertainment AG, Munich, will be holding this year’s
Annual General Meeting on September 13, 2005 at the Conference Center of the
Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung. This is located in Lazarettstrasse 33, 80636 Munich. The
sharehold-ers’ meeting starts at 11.00 a.m.
The date originally scheduled for the Annual General Meeting was at the end of
Au-gust. It has been postponed by around two weeks.
