Munich, October 21, 2005 - In the proceeding between HypoVereinsbank and Intertainment AG, Munich, the presiding judge at the Munich Regional Court I (Landgericht) adjourned the court hearing after an initial hearing today, Friday. The next court hearing is scheduled for November 10.
