Intertainment AG admitted to Prime Standard
Ismaning near Munich, January 17, 2003 – The media company Intertainment AG, Ismaning, has been admitted with effect from January 15, 2003 to the Prime Standard sector of the Frankfurt stock exchange’s regulated market. Following its admittance to this sector, the company will continue, in future too, to maintain its existing high standard of transparency and informativeness towards the capital market. Accordingly, the Intertainment AG will also fulfil as before the internationally customary obligations devolving upon it, for example by issuing its quarterly reports and other publications in English as well as German. The company’s Neue Markt listing expires with its admittance to the Prime Standard sector.
