Postponed
publication of balance-sheet and quarterly figures for Intertainment
Annual General Meeting scheduled for August 28, 2003
Ismaning near Munich, May 28, 2003 - Intertainment AG is postponing the publication of its annual financial
statements for 2002. The reason for the postponement is that it is not yet possible to undertake a definitive assessment
of facts that may exert a significant influence on balance-sheet items and statements in the annual financial statements.
The balance-sheet figures are now scheduled for publication by June 16, 2003.
Delayed announcement of the balance-sheet figures also means that publication of the Interim Report for the first
quarter of 2003 has also been postponed.
The Annual General Meeting of Intertainment AG is now scheduled for August 28, 2003.
