Ismaning near Munich, August 14, 2003 - Stephen Brown resigned from the Board of Management of Intertainment AG as of August 13, 2003 and will continue as President of USA-Intertainment, Inc. In this context, Intertainment is streamlining its management structure and has transferred its Business Development to its U.S. subsidiary, USA-Intertainment in Los Angeles.
