Change in Investor Relations and PR
Ismaning, near Munich, July 15, 2004 – Marietta Birner has been responsible for Investor Relations and Public Relations at Intertainment AG, Ismaning near Munich, since March 2001. She will be leaving Intertainment on July 16, 2004, to take up a new challenge.
“We should like to thank Marietta Birner for her highly constructive contribution over the past three years. We are very pleased that she will continue to be available to us in an advisory capacity,” commented Rüdiger Baeres, Chairman of the Board of Management at Intertainment.
Achim Gerlach, Chief Financial Officer, will in future have overall responsibility for Investor Relations.
